At its heart, it’s first and foremost a chocolate, a homemade “Utopia” 75% cocoa chocolate. It is the result of blending beans from Venezuela and Vietnam. This chocolate was designed to be very fruity and thus naturally pair with dried fruits such as pecan nuts, almonds, pistachios, and raisins.
Our almonds and pistachios come from Sicily and are lightly caramelized to add even more flavor.
